Background
This article reports the case of a 59 year old woman who presented to the hospital with an enlarged abdomen and no other symptoms. The clinical and paraclinical investigations revealed a massive ovarian tumour which had occupied most of her abdomen. The patient underwent surgery and the histological examination revealed a mucinous cystadenoma.
