PRP is a blood plasma that has been enriched with platelets and contains several growth factors. For improvement of efficacy of PRP on dark circles under the eyes, we have used essential C eyes cream before PRP injection. In this study 40 healthy women between 20 to 40 years old who lived in the same conditions and were not smokers have been selected. 20 of them two times a day and during 10 days used essential C eye cream, after 10 days the PRP is injected. The 20 others that were selected as a control group were only injected with PRP. According to the results achieve, in first group who had used essential C eye cream, after 2 weeks some approval changes were started with treatment of dark circles under their eyes while in blank group nothing accrued during first 3 weeks and the changes started after 2 months with a lower severity. After 6-months-control, treatment in first group was more obvious than blank group.
