In exploratory laparotomy, the mass originating from gall bladder adhering to stomach and duodenum taking place on transverse mesocolon in size of 14x10x4 cm was excised en bloc with gallbladder. There were multiple stones in the gallbladder and D choledocus lumen. Choledocotomy was made and stones were extracted from it and T tube drainage showed that specimen had primary epidermoid carcinoma of gallbladder.
