Objective: With the theory of Human Body Regenerative Restoration Science (HBRRS) as the applied study basis, to summarize the clinical manifestations and their corresponding managements of any given diabetic skin ulcers when treated with standard MEBT/MEBO, and further to evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in aspects of limbs retaining and functional restoration. Methods: The wound changes of diabetic skin ulcers brought about by MEBT/MEBO were analyzed; the treatment experience and mechanism of MEBT/MEBO in treating diabetic foot were summarized and analyzed. Results: MEBT/MEBO can provide a physiological environment for the regenerative restoration in situ of diabetic skin ulcerative wounds and achieve the efficacies of retaining involved limbs and the regeneration in situ of ulcers. Conclusion: The standard application of MEBT/MEBO is a brand new modality of treating diabetic skin ulcers, which is reliable in efficacy, highly pragmatic and advanced.
