Choleasteatoma is known as an abnormal squamous epithelial growth in the middle ear. It can erode the bony structures within the temporal bone. This patology often encountered as cysts or pouches. It is a serious but treatable condition. Choleasteatomas should be excised surgically. Here we presented a case withan unusual location choleasteoma. 11 year old male patient was admitted to our clinic with a complaint of a mass on the helix of the auricle. The lesion was smooth and pearl white color. It was excised totally. Histopathologic diagnosis was reported as cholesteatoma. This is a very rare case of cholesteatoma seen as a skin lesion.
