As cryptography of biological inheritance, the decryption of DNA sequences becomes an important issue to explore different genetic diseases and cancers. We study DNA sequences from the perspective of random sequence combining biology with Bioinformatics. In this talk, we use 3D technology to visualize higher dimensional randomness with different random sequence resources that include both DNA sequences and pseudo random sequences generated from stream ciphers. In order to display spatial characteristics of these results to analysis, a 3D visualization model is proposed. Key components are described. Two types of data sets: DNA sequences from chimpanzee genomes and key streams generated by RC4 algorithm are collected for comparison. Visual maps are analyzed to explore both similar and difference characteristics in high dimension between DNA sequences and artificial stream cipher sequences.
