Pandu R. Gangula is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics / Gynecology, Center for Women’s Health Research (CWHR), Meharry Medical College, Nashville, Tennessee, USA. He has received a PhD in Zoology from the S.V University, Andhra Pradesh, India in, 1986-1992. He has completed his B.Sc in biology in Andhra University, Andhrapradesh, India (1984). He is serving as reviewer for several journals. Publications: Dr. Gangula has been a highly productive investigator with over 40 refereed publications since 1991. In the last 12 years, thirty of these publications have been related to nitric oxide, neuropeptide and/or sex hormone action on vascular, uterine and gastric smooth muscle relaxation; most of these appear in high ranking physiology and endocrinology journals.
