Dr. Carl Saab received his PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2001 and completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Yale University in 2004. He is currently Assistant Professor- Research in Neuroscience and Neurosurgery at Brown University and Rhode Island Hospital. He served as a regular reviewer for several reputed journals like Journal of Neuroscience, Pain and Journal of Neurophysiology. He has authored more than 30 research articles and 3 books. He’s member of the Society for Neuroscience and the International Association for Pain. He received several honors including Ambassador Award of the Executive Mentorship Program at RIH/Lifespan, Whos Who in Medicine Higher Education, Whos Who Among Students In American Universities & Colleges and Young Investigator American Pain Society award.
