Biography

After graduating in 2011 he joined the Division of Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation (Prof. H. Geiger) at Goethe University Hospital, Frankfurt, Germany. Working as MD and researcher he took a strong interest in novel blood filtration devices and established a successful cooperation with DARPA's Dialysis-Like Therapeutics (DLT) project. Current research using next-generation sequencing (NGS) is centered on pathogen associated acute and chronic kidney failure, as well as donor specific antibodies in kidney transplantation.
