The Diabetes Questionnaire (ADQ) score as a predictor of 11-year HbA1c trajectories in type 1 diabetes children and adolescents: A population-based longitudinal investigation
Author(s): Kevin Markas*
Aims: To identify 11- time HbA1c circles in children adolescents with type 1 diabetes and determine whether birth caregiver- and/ or child/ adolescentreported Adherence in Diabetes Questionnaire (ADQ) scores and multiple covariates prognosticate HbA1c line class.
Method: For a 2009 population- grounded cohort of children adolescents with type 1 diabetes, we anatomized HbA1c follow- up (2010-2020) data from Danish diabetes registries. HbA1c circles were linked with groupgrounded line modeling. Using multinomial logistic retrogression, we tested whether ADQ scores prognosticated line class when conforming for coitus, age at diabetes opinion, diabetes duration, family structure, and caregiver education.
Results: For 671 children/ adolescents (10 – 17 times at birth) with 5644 HbA1c compliances over 11 times, fou.. View More»
