Falls from height can cause a variety of injuries, often related to factors such as the height of the fall, substance use and body position, with the head and spine being among the areas most prone to impact. Healing is an essential physiological process for skin recovery, but can be affected by a variety of factors, including the type of injury and individual patient characteristics. Sometimes this process can lead to the formation of retractable scars, which become problematic when they cause functional or aesthetic discomfort. We present the case of a 42-year-old patient who suffered a fall from a pedestrian bridge while under the influence of alcohol.
