Biography
Dr. Yuriy S. Shmaliy was born in Ukraine and graduated in Kharkiv Aviation Institute. He has Ph.D. (1982) and Dr.Sc. (1992) degrees. In 1993, he received a Certificate of Professor (1993) from Ukrainian Government. Since 1993 to 1999, he had been with Kharkiv Military University and now is Full Professor of Electronics in Guanajuato University, Mexico. He has 263 Journal and Conference papers
