Biography
Pat is Board Certified in Medical Technology (MT(ASCP). Her other degrees include an MBA and PhD in Organizational Psychology. Studying emotional intelligence as a predictor of a pharmaceutical sales manager's sales success, her research found EI to be both positively correlated with and a statistically significant predictor of pharmaceutical sales management success. These data are significant for HR and hiring managers since it finally provides a criterion for success within the pharmaceutical industry.
