Biography
Dr. Tseng is the acting president of Chung Chou University of Science and Technology. In 2008, after he retired from National Chiayi University, he accepted the offer of Chung Chou as the vice president and the Dean of the College of Environment Design.He founded a Health Food Develop Center at CCUT in 2010. He has more than 100 academic research projects and academia-industry projects sponsored by Minister of Education,during the past 20 years. His teaching and research area focuses on Food Processing.
